Product terms are prelaunch drafts
Lodestar Mobile is operational in small coverage pockets, but public eSIM ordering is still coming soon. Lodestar Voice cannot be ordered. These product terms explain the terms Lodestar expects to use, but they are not yet in force and do not form an offer or contract.
Before a customer agrees to a service, Lodestar will provide the final terms, price guide, personalised contract information and contract summary in a form the customer can keep. Those documents will identify the provider, exact price, service limits, cancellation rights and complaints route.
The community-cell contribution terms and privacy notice are live now and apply separately to the campaign. A campaign contribution does not order Mobile data or Lodestar Voice.
