These are the total monthly prices for our launch plans. Lodestar is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Both plans are monthly rolling, with free standard number setup and eligible consumer porting. You provide your internet connection and compatible equipment; any optional equipment and delivery prices will be shown separately.

These calls cost £0.00 on both plans, including Home PAYG with a zero credit balance.
£0.00 describes the price, not guaranteed availability. Calls to 999 and 112 will not work through Lodestar Voice during a power cut, internet failure, equipment fault or Lodestar outage.

Straightforward paid calls
On Home PAYG, rates are 1p per minute for standard UK 01, 02 and 03 numbers and 1.5p per minute for standard main-network UK mobiles. Chargeable UK calls are billed per second, with a 2p minimum total per call and no connection fee. These UK calls are included on Home Unlimited without a numerical allowance or usage cutoff.
The 2p minimum is the total floor, not an extra charge. A five-minute call at 1p/min costs 5p. Included calls on Home Unlimited have no minimum charge, and free calls stay free.
03 numbers cost the same as 01 and 02 numbers and count in the same way.

Calls between Lodestar households
Calls between Lodestar users cost £0.00 on both plans. Home plans are for ordinary household calling, not automated dialling, traffic generation, call-centre activity or resale. Ordinary household use will not be restricted solely because it exceeds a numerical usage threshold.
