Lodestar Voice is coming soon.

A standalone over-the-top SIP service that will run over an internet connection you arrange. Keep a familiar UK number, use an ordinary phone with a compatible adapter, and see the price before you call.

The service is in build and cannot be ordered yet. The wholesale agreements behind these prices have not been signed. Every price shown is planned pricing and may change before launch.

This is not broadband, a fixed landline replacement or an emergency-backup service. Lodestar will provide the SIP service, phone number and online call features. We will not provide backup power, backup internet, a mobile fallback or another way to call emergency services if the service is unavailable.

Planned SIP voice plans

Choose occasional paid calls or a monthly allowance. Incoming calls will be included on every plan, with no limit.

Every figure shown is a proposal. Final consumer prices will be displayed including VAT, together with any mandatory equipment, delivery or activation cost, before ordering opens.

These calls will cost £0.00 on every plan, including Essential and when the credit balance is zero.

£0.00 describes the price, not guaranteed availability. Calls to 999 and 112 will not work through Lodestar Voice during a power cut, internet failure, equipment fault or Lodestar outage.

Straightforward paid calls

On Essential, and outside an allowance, planned rates are 1p per minute for UK 01, 02 and 03 numbers and 2p per minute for standard UK mobiles. Calls will be billed per second, with a 2p minimum per call.

03 numbers will cost the same as 01 and 02 numbers and count in the same way.

Calls between Lodestar households

We intend to offer referral minutes when a referred person activates a paid line. The eligibility rules, benefit period and full promotional terms will be published before referrals open. Calls between Lodestar users are planned to cost £0.00.
