Prices shown are the total customer prices for our launch plans. Lodestar is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Both plans include one UK 01 or 02 number, incoming calls, voicemail and caller display. You provide your own broadband and compatible phone equipment.

No connection fees. The 2p minimum applies only to chargeable calls on Home PAYG and chargeable calls outside the Home Unlimited bundle. It is a minimum total, not a fee added on top: a five-minute call at 1p/min costs 5p, not 7p. Included calls and all £0.00 calls have no minimum charge.
Standard UK rates cover eligible geographic numbers and main-network mobile destinations. The full eligible and excluded number-prefix list will be published before orders open. Other chargeable destinations will remain blocked until their rates are published.
£0.00 describes the call charge, not guaranteed availability. Calls to 999 and 112 require the Lodestar SIP service, your internet connection, power and equipment to be working. No Lodestar-supplied emergency backup is included.

Home Unlimited includes 100 minutes shared across these destinations each billing month. These are separate from unlimited UK calls. Each answered international call is rounded up to a whole minute and unused minutes do not roll over. Eligible numbers will be confirmed by prefix before launch; a country code alone does not establish eligibility.
On Home PAYG, and after Home Unlimited's 100 international minutes are used, calls to these selected destinations cost 1p per minute, billed in whole minutes, with a 2p minimum per chargeable call. Premium, satellite, special-service and other excluded numbers are not covered. Other international destinations remain blocked until their rates are published.
International calling is switched off until you ask to enable it and set a spending limit. This applies to both plans, including access to the included international minutes.
